SOLD OUT – MFL Women’s Committee December 6 Memorial Lunch

Tickets are now SOLD OUT for the MFL’s December 6^th Women’s Memorial Lunch,  held annually to mark the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women and the tragic anniversary of the 1989 Montreal Massacre.

This lunch and learn event aims to raise awareness about gender-based violence, to provide a forum to remember and honour victims, and to raise funds for Manitoba’s network of women’s shelters – event poster attached.

We’re pleased to be holding this year’s lunch back in the Union Centre, in our newly expended Auditorium (2^nd floor), December 6, 11:30 am – 1:00 pm.

More information about this year’s theme and guest speaker will be released in the coming weeks.
