December 10th! Save the date!

The month of February, 2016 is Black History Month.  The Theme for the month is “Upward we thrive…Celebrating 35!”  That’s a reference to the 35th anniversary of the event being celebrated in Winnipeg and the Black History Month Celebration Committee, including representation from the MFL’s Workers of Colour Committee, is excited to continue the tradition that was started all those years ago.  The Committee acknowledges their trailblazers and they need our support to continue the lagacy that was begun in 1982.

To help make that happen, the Black History Month Celebration Committee has organized a fund raiser to benefit February’s events.  Click here to view the Fund Raiser poster for event details!
