On Friday, the MFL and affiliated unions joined in a walk to support Manitoba’s women’s shelters.

Steve Braun, an actor, acting coach and communication consultant, was walking from Winkler to Winnipeg in a domestic violence awareness and fundraising walk.

Members of the MFL EXecutive Council and actvisistf rom several unions joined Steve for the final leg of his walk down Broadway to the Union Centre.

MFL President Kevin Rebeck spoke at the rally that was held at the Legislature.
