It is with deep regret that we inform you of the passing of long-time labour and political activist Sister Michelle Masserey.  Her loss is felt by many in her union, UFCW Local 832, the Manitoba labour movement and the New Democratic Party.  Sister Masserey was an expert contract negotiator and experienced political organizer.  Please follow this link to review a short obituary published in the Winnipeg Free Press.
