2025 MFL Mid Term Conference

Register Online – Deadline is November 28

The 2025 MFL Mid Term Conference – EmPOWERing Workers – is all about continuing to build a strong labour movement through union organizing and membership engagement.

Over the course of the conference, participants will learn about the newest and most effective strategies for engaging union members and hear about union organizing success stories, including winning big against some of the most anti-union companies out there. As income inequality and the cost of living continue to grow, people are looking to unions to help them build economic security. At the same time, unions continue to be a positive force for building more welcoming workplaces and a more inclusive society.

The MFL Mid Term Conference is tailored to provide something for everyone, whether you are a relatively new activist or a seasoned labour leader. By sharing insights across our labour movement, we will continue to be stronger together.

Learn more about the exciting topics that will be covered at our Mid Term Conference by downloading the Mid Term Conference Brochure.
